BECAUSE: you hit a rough patch MOISTURE RETAINING HAND AND BODY SCRUB is BECAUSE Skincare's answer to reptile-like winter skin. Counterintuitively, it's a sugar scrub, but it leaves skin more moisturized than any moisturizing body wash I've ever tried.

It feels like most sugar scrubs I've used: not overly abrasive, but definitely a scrub. But after a circle or two of scrubbing, you immediately feel the drenching of moisture from the oils--almost oily, like a seal looks when it pokes its head above water. You rinse it off, and you still have that seal-slick feeling. It feels great.

Raw cane sugar and berry seed (black currant, cranberry, and rasberry) oils combine to create this oxymoron miracle. The berry oils boost all the skin's essential fatty acids (Omegas 3, 6, and 9) as well antioxidants.

You hop out of the shower, towel off, and continue to marvel at smoothness of your skin. Its hydrated. Rich. Almost oily, but not quite. Do take that last line as a word of caution, however: your first couple of BECAUSE: you hit a rough patch usages will not leave your skin feeling like the "moisturized" skin that you're used to. It will feel a little bit oily, and you might keep rubbing your forearm to make sure all the oil has seeped in. It has. It's just different.
