BOOM! Sticks by Cindy Joseph have recently earned a permanent spot in my makeup bag. These little sticks are packed with color, glimmer, and glow. What is the best part, you ask? They are not all combined in one stick! That’s right. Each stick has its specialty. So you can pick and choose from a tinted Boomstick Color, a Boomstick Glimmer, or a Boomstick Glo, depending on what you like or need.

Since each stick claims to have its own specialty I wanted to try out each separately. First, I tried out the Boomstick Color. I will admit, when I first applied the Boomstick Color to my face I was alarmed to see a huge streak of burgundy across my cheek. It looked like I had accidently used lipstick! However, when I began to rub it in I calmed down. The color blended in well with my skin and gave off a natural blushed glow. With the color stick applied to my cheeks it was time to try out the Boomstick Glimmer. I decided to apply the Boomstick Glimmer to my eyelids. It did feel a little weird going on but once again I was very pleased with the over-all look of it—very natural. I then applied the Boomstick Glo to my shoulders. It too gave off a natural glow!

I have always been the kind of girl who enjoys wearing makeup to enhance my natural features, not mask them. With this comes the tendency to go toward a more basic and simple look, which is why I really loved BOOM! Sticks By Cindy Joseph. You can use them in addition to your regular day to day makeup or use them to spice up your night look. In my opinion they really are the perfect little secret to keeping your look natural without sacrificing color, shimmer, and shine.
