I am loving Clairvoyant Beauty's commitment to clean, non-toxic ingredients, which made it easy to love their fabulous Detoxifying Clay Cleanser with DMAE. The liquid is thicker than usual but not exactly thick, a pinkish color the color of, well, clay. You smooth it on (in an upward motion--Clairvoyant Beauty thinks you need to put everything on in an upward motion!) and it feels clean and smooth. I want to say it feels rich, but it doesn't--it isn't that thick. It just feels good.
Pink and Green Clays found in Montmorillon in the Vienne region of France provide natural skin softening and therapeutic qualities in the Clairvoyant Beauty Detoxifying Clay Cleanser with DMAE. The clays pull toxins from the skin, while DMAE is an anti-aging nutrient that extends the life of cells and inhibits cross-linking of proteins, giving the skin a toned and firm appearance. I can't say there was a noticeable difference in firmness, but my skin sure did feel smooth afterward, and not at all dried-out like after using so many cleansers.
