I have a secret. When it comes to washing my face twice daily, I tend to slack off a little bit. My face has never been terrible, but it could definitely use some TLC here and there. I haven’t found a cleanser that suits my skin yet; either the smell is wrong, the texture is wrong, or it just doesn’t help me out. I was excited to try EnPointe Skin Solutions’ Balance Clarifying Cleanser.
While I’ve only used it for about a week, I can already tell a difference … and that’s just me using it once a day! I am definitely going to start following the recommendations EnPointe gives—twice a day. Even though I haven’t seen a huge difference in my usual acne-prone spots, I HAVE noticed a difference in my skin’s overall texture. EnPointe Skin Solutions’ Balance Clarifying Cleanser has evened my skin tone and texture out … something I’ve been trying to do for a while now. The solution has three beneficial acids in it; Lactic Acid, which restores oil balance and promotes radiant skin, Glycolic Acid, which smoothes skin and decreases pore size, and Salicylic Acid, which performs double duty as an anti-irritant and anti-inflammatory. One drawback though: I’m not a huge fan of the smell. It doesn’t smell like chemicals like other cleansers tend to, but it does smell like freshly cut grass, which I’m not a particular fan of. But what really has me excited about this product is its texture. It feels like silk, which is a welcomed change from the grittier cleansers out there.
