French Photographer Could Serve Jail Time
The photographer responsible for snapping the topless photos of Kate Middleton has possibly been identified and could serve jail time reports say. The French photographer who was hired by the French magazine, Closer, was hired by the publication to follow duchess as well as her husband, the future King of England.
Although the photographer is protected by French law, if identified, he could face a hefty fine and jail time.
